Training Coordinator - PUBLIC RADIO EXCHANGE (PRX)

I pioneered my role as Training Coordinator on PRX’s podcast training team. I developed and led the training team’s event coordination process; supporting the development of ten Podcasting 101 videos and co-running the program logistics for multiple cycles of Project Catapult and the Google Podcasts creator program (GPcp). My team and I shepherded burgeoning “podcreators” (hosts and producers) through a rigorous 20-week curriculum, providing editorial feedback, evaluating marketing and sponsorship needs, and troubleshooting various show development issues, keeping teams on track for launches and live show productions.
